I have to be honest, I’ve totally slacked at blogging lately. I’m making a conscious effort to get back into the blogging thing with total regularity. With that said…. Meet Briana and Dave! World travelers, free spirits, creatives, the list goes on and on. Individually, Briana is the beautiful & well traveled surfer girl next door and Dave is quiet, confident and artistic. As I’ve mentioned above, these two have traveled the world together and boy can they tell you a story or two. If I can only achieve to travel half of what Briana and Dave have traveled, I can die a happy well traveled old dude! Traveling and surfing… among other things, are very important to both Briana & Dave. With this in mind we came up with a theme for their engagement shoot. First of all we absolutely had to feature their old school Volvo wagon in a few of our shots. The Volvo has been there since the beginning and has taken them from Surfing outings to mountain roads to off-roading in the high desert. The Volvo, has seen it all. Secondly we wanted to include their surfboards in the shoot. I think we accomplished both of those requirements. Briana & Dave will be married this New Year’s Eve and I’m honored to say that I’ll be there to photograph their wedding day as well. Hang ten folks.
