GLAAD Media Awards Red Carpet

Recently, I shot the GLAAD Media Awards red carpet for Delta Airlines.  Delta Airlines was one of the sponsors at this year’s GLAAD Media Awards.  I have to admit,  I really wasn’t quite prepared for the craziness that can ensue alongside the red carpet as the many photographers who are present compete for the best positions.  Fortunately, I was able to find a fairly good spot and photographed plenty of celebs from a good angle.  Below are a few of the images I captured.  They include:  Maria Menounos, Chirs Evans, Kelly Rowland, Elle Fanning, Rumor Willis,  Melody Thomas Scott, Ali Larter,  Sara Gilbert, Cloris Leachman, Trevor Donovan and more.

Zhichen & Kevin’s Redondo Beach Wedding

Started the day off with the bride’s getting ready shots at the Portofino Hotel on Redondo’s waterfront.  Ceremony and reception also took place there.  Finished the day by taking a few pics at the Point Vicente Interpretive Center in Palos Verdes.

Reese & Nathan’s Downtown Los Angeles Wedding

Reese & Nathan’s wedding ceremony took place in the L.A. Science Center’s rose garden.  The bride’s pre-wedding preparation as well as the reception took place at the Miyako Hotel.  Congratulations Reese & Nathan!

Lisa & Michael Engaged

I had the honor of recently being present to document Michael’s proposal to Lisa.  It all took place in Encinitas at the beach.  Present at the proposal were all of Lisa & Michael’s closest friends and family members.  Lisa & Michael are both avid runners so their marathon themed proposal was well accessorized with a starting line & running bibs.  Also, Lisa happens to be very fond of balloons so more than a few of them were TRUCKED in and added a ton of color to the entire event!  The anticipation was palpable as proposal time drew near;  there was even a crowd of beach goers who had gathered to watch the proposal take place.  She said YES!

Jen & Seb’s Manhattan Beach Engagement Shoot

Jen & Seb were a blast to work with.  We met up one afternoon and had a blast capturing the images you see below.  They brought two sets of outfits, one upscale and one traditional Thai outfit.  Don’t know if you can tell but I loved Jen’s traditional Thai dress!  I’ll also be shooting their wedding in the coming months.
